In cases where we don't have a product in stock or our suppliers are out of stock, please allow up to 21 days for delivery. We ship to most countries Worldwide. Some of the products we offer are shipped directly from the U.S. and Canada to our customers in Europe and the rest of the world so may carry additional customs import duties incl.:

If you live in a European country which has custom import duties tax, please be aware that your government
may charge you customs import tax on items coming from the US and Canada (products from the first list above).
UPS/FedEx and other couriers we use will also collect duty and tax for your country if they need to be collected. We suggest you contact your customs for more information.
If you refuse delivery of the package from customs, it will be returned to us and we will have no choice but to charge for return shipping according to the additional courier charges.

If returning a product, please make sure the packaging is in good condition. We cannot accept returns without packaging. We can accept returns up to 28 days after purchase.
